From Boyne to Basra is a short, easy to read, pocket history of the 22nd (Cheshire) Regiment. A must for anyone who has an interest in the Regiment. It follows the exploits of the regiment from 1689,when the unit was raised on the Roodee, through to 2007, when, on return from active duty in Basra, the men of Cheshire become the 1st Battalion the Mercian Regiment (Cheshire).
